Everything we sell is setup, serviced & tested by us. We do not sell anything in a box except boots and even they can be tried on before you decide to buy them. We offer service after the sale. All service work is done in house. We do not send your equipment out to be serviced. Your equipment is serviced and tested by our factory trained technicians which have more than 110 years of experience in the outdoor power equipment industry.
